My screen time for settings averages 24 hours a day. I dont know if anyone else has this problem, if so can someone tell me how to fix it and should i be worried about it?

It didn't work. It worked when i factory reseted my phone but it happened again after a short period of time.
Try and restart your iPhone to see if the problem persists, I had this once and restarting worked
