Iphone camera issue on zoom in 3x

Hello guys, When clicked on 3x in camera, my screen is getting white.

for 1x in camera not getting any issue but if zoom in for 3x and more, getting white screen frequently.


Customer service told me to reset the device even after resetting issue has not been resolved


cx service also suggested for an update but even after updating still getting same issue.


i am facing this camera issue on photo, portrait mode, video
