Apple watch series 3 not starting up stuck in loop

My series 3 is stuck in a loop, the logo appears then disappears and just just keeps repeating this. I have tried several times with the reset , and also find my i watch, nothing worked, i have also removed it from my phone and also icloud but still the same. Any ideas people would be great

If the Apple Watch has stopped responding,I suggest checking that you are performing a forced restart correctly. Steps needed are found in the Apple Support article: Restart your Apple Watch - Apple Support

i.e. press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for at least 10 seconds, then release both buttons when you see the Apple logo.

If you've completed that troubleshooting and the issue is still not resolved, Contact Support.
