Multiselecting Drop-Downs Lost Word-Wrap Upgrading from 14.6 to 15+ in web browsers

Hi,

While using the Safari and Chrome Browsers, multiple selection fields in iOS 14, drop-down entries with more characters than could display in a single row would word-wrap to a second row or more if needed.

After updating my iOS to 15.7 and my co-workers to 16.2 we both lost the ability to word-wrap and instead, a truncated input was displayed followed by a "...".

Are there plans to resolve this and if so is there an estimated timeline?

You let us know that what you’re encountering is not browser specific. Does it seem site specific or is it visible on all websites you visit and make selections on? We ask that to help isolate what you’re seeing.

Also, if the site isn’t a mobile version, does changing to a mobile version change the situation? Typically you can check that by tapping the two ‘A’ icon to the left of the website URL in Safari and choose to Request the Mobile Version or to request a desktop version.
