VR on iPhone 14 pro max

Hi!

I have impression that VR is broken on iPhone 14 pro max. I mean watching VR videos in VR glasses. No matter what I tried, it works incorrectly. Either doubles the image, or gyroscope doesn't work. Or both. Also I see there are no VR button in YouTube.

Why is that?

iPhone 14 Pro Max, iOS 16

Greetings Rustam_Himadiiev,

We understand that you've tried several thing but you're still having an issue when using VR on your iPhone 14 Pro Max. Since we're unaware of the steps that you've already completed, we'd like to provide you with a few that may help resolve this behavior:

Restart your iPhone. This may seem like a simple steps to take but can often resolve several issues.

"1. Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.

The volume button is located on the left side of the device, and the side button is located on the right

2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.

3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo.

Update your iPhone. Completing this step ensures that your device has the latest fixes. (Secure your data with a backup)

If you continue to experience the same behavior, we suggest that you reach out to Apple directly. You can follow this link to connect with them: Get Support

Best regards.
