iPad w/ folio keyboard - how to enable key repeat?

Thanks for letting us know. 

Just to confirm, do you have an alternative keyboard setup? If not, you will want to add one by going to Settings > General > Keyboards > add new keyboard. Pick the language associated with the characters you need to use and add it. Close out settings and then go back to the app you’re using and try holding down the character you need. You should see alternat letters now.

Thanks for the clarification about which keyboard you are using.

Looking at the pages about settings with the "Apple Magic Keyboard", we're not seeing a setting for a key repeat.
