Can someone put a track on your phone knowing where u are at all time. Or mess with my phone if they have my number ?

Can some one track my phone knowing where I am at all times . Or be messing with my phone

No. Having your number only lets them call you. Nothing more. They cannot track you with it, and they cannot access the iPhone in any way just by having the phone number.
