It looks like you shared an article that directly helps you with your current issue. Did you get a chance to go over all those steps already?


Set up Siri to recognize your voice

1. Go to Settings.
2. Tap Siri & Search.
3. Turn off Listen for "Hey Siri," then turn it back on.
4. When the Set Up "Hey Siri" screen appears, tap Continue.
5. Say each command that you see on your screen.
6. Tap Done.


If those steps didn't help, make sure to also check out the section that says "Get more help with Siri" from the article: If "Hey Siri" isn't working on your iPhone
