my son put my phone in the bath as I was running it, I automatically reached for it. However now one of my back cameras and my front camera is foggy what do I do

That's a serious problem.

Only Apple technicians, at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Find Locations - Apple can diagnose that issue. I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected.

After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
