why is my phone showing iPhone (2)..I ONLY HAVE ONE

Why is my IPhone showing IPhone (2)...I only have one. How do I change it.?

That is the name of your phone. You can change it by going to Settings/General/About and tapping on the name to edit it. The (2) is because iTunes or Finder has “seen” another iPhone, so it appended the (2) to differentiate them from each other. It might also be the same phone if the phone was restored from a backup.
