Paypal financing

I want to buy an Ipad with paypal but the option for financing is not coming up on when I go to check out.

I have been approved for PayPal credit and I have an account with them so I am confused into why I am not able to take out the credit.

I got a discount through Unidays which cut the price from £569 to £529 is that the reason why i cannot finance the ipad through paypal? Thanks
