Why did they remove Phoneys by Adam Howell?

I know it’s been a long time since the Phoneys app was introduced to the iMessage App Store, and I know why it was removed, but can it please be brought back? There aren’t that many sticker packs that will make me and my friends laugh and I think that the concept of Phoneys by Adam Howell, was amazing. Bill, you’re amazing. I love apple. Don’t want anything other than a product made by Apple, has Apple’s praise, or is compatible with Apple, but can Phoneys be brought back? Please? I hope others feel the same way.
