Unable to receive OTP from Bank (Overseas)

I have issue on my IPhone not able to receive OTP from overseas Bank. The bank confirmed that there's no issue on their side and it could be due to my services provider. Anyway, there's no issue on the network and it drills down to my phone. No idea on what to do as I have no such issue in the previous month. Anyone having the same problem?

iPhone 11, iOS 16

Welcome to Apple Support Communities! We'd like to help, but need some additional information to know the best steps to provide. Let us know more details, such as:

As menu options can vary, which software version shows in Settings > General > About?
How do you receive the one time password? Is it in an email, text message, or another delivery method?
Do you use a VPN or security software as those can block connections?
