im trying to get into my old iphone and it’s asking for a quick start

If your old iPhone has been restored to factory settings, you will be offered a Quick Start when you turn it on again.
Quick Start is an option to set up your iPhone using another iPhone. If you don't want to set up your old iPhone, using your current iPhone, just press "Set Up Manually"
