Iphone backups - Can I restore "selected" data?

Hi. Is it possible to backup my entire iPhone 13 Pro onto my computer, and then just restore selected data? Specifically just my voicemails? I'm switching my SIM card from Sprint to T-Mobile and TM says all my data will transfer over EXCEPT my voicemails. It's frustrating bc I have several I need to keep. Thank you.

PS - is there another way to save VMs, then restore them to my iPhone?
