iPhone 14 plus overheating

I have noticed the back of my iPhone gets hots. The first few times I shrugged it off as I was in the car and the heater was running. Tonight I couldn’t shrug it off, not only was it hot but some message that I didn’t have time to read flashed up. It said something about it resuming charging after it did something. It gets most hot in the middle of the back of the phone. Anyone else having this problem? I am new to iPhone, but this phone is at best not quite 2 months old. My old Samsung didn’t start getting hot until right around the 3 years old mark. Maybe Apple you could find a way for the messages to stay up long enough that people can read them. This isn’t the first time something has flashed up on this phone but like this time I didn’t have time to read it.

Please read this support article:--> If your iPhone or iPad gets too hot or too cold.

If you still think it's overheating, since your device is still covered by warranty, I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
