Unfortunately, the only way you can get the firmware passcode removed is to visit an Apple Store or Authorized Reseller. You may need to bring in your receipt or invoice.

Ok thanks. I am sending it back to apple as the screen is faulty. It was requested that I do this before sending which was impossible. I have posted it today anyway, but thanks!
