Backlighting on Magic Keyboard with Touch ID-how to make it work?
Connected a new Magic Keyboard with Touch ID to my MacBook Pro and can't seem to get the backlighting feature to work. 13.3 MacBook Pro with M2 silicon.

I did not know the external keyboard included a backlight... Where did you get that idea(?)

Yeah but no, who doesn't want or think a backlit keyboard is at minimal a good idea, regardless of the OS they use? Really?
It is on me for assuming a new released product would be fully featured...no sweat.
Apple is an equal frustration conduit for features that Mac users don't want and Windows veterans seek. If backlighting a keyboard was on their radar, Apple would have done it already, and likely defer to Logitech.
