Using VM to run DJI Terra on M1 Max chip

I have the 10 Core M1 Max, 32gb RAM, 24 Core GPU. I am looking to install Parallels for a VM and Windows 11 for the OS. I'm wondering if:

1)Has anyone done this and did it work? What was the performance? Was it satisfactory?

2)If you haven't done this, looking at the specs and your knowledge being greater than mine in computer world, does this look like it will work?

Here are the specs listed by DJI Terra: "Minimum system requirements: 32G RAM, 4G graphics RAM (the computing power for the NVidia graphics should be shader model 3.0 or better).

Recommended system requirements: 64G RAM or more. NVidia 2070 graphics or higher."

I will be doing 2d orthomosaic and 3d modeling with this program. Hoping to not have to buy a new Windows based gaming computer for $2000+ when we have this MacBook Pro and a Mac Studio.

AFAIK, Parallels on the M1 Mac is only able to run the ARM version of Windows. The Windows ARM version is not officially released. The GPU of the M1 Mac is not NVidia so who knows how that will work out especially in a VM.

AFAIK, the only way to currently run the Intel version of Windows on an M1 Mac is by using the third party app UTM which is a machine emulator & virtualizer. However, performance will suffer and I don't know how well Windows works in such a setup since UTM is emulating a physical PC as well as translating Intel code into code understandable by the Apple Silicon in this case. I don't know whether UTM even allows for access the the GPU hardware...some VMs do not allow GPU passthrough.

I highly doubt any of this will work for you in this case. Besides, I have discovered from playing computer games over the years, that you always want to at least meet or exceed the Recommended System Requirements or you will be disappointed.
