How can i setup the mouse for left hand

I use mine with either hand with no issues. If you want to change the "Secondary Click" from one side to the other you can do that in the Mouse settings in Apple menu > System Settings (of Apple menu > System Preferences in pre-Ventura systems).

Another option is to leave Secondary Click off and then press the control key when clicking.
