Proof of usage

I have a problem with my phone! The insurance company asked me about the proof of usage ! How can I get it ?

If you are being asked to provide a proof of purchase you'll want to reach out to the location where you purchased your iPhone for help. If you purchased your iPhone directly from Apple, you'll want to reach out to them: Contact - Official Apple Support


Concerning the usage of your device, you'll want to reach out to your carrier. They'd be in the best position to assist further.
