The apple ID is lost as she couldn't remember the password. She made another Apple ID for new phone. How can she leave that and accept me family invite. Iphone asks her to disband which she cant as she doesn't use the last Apple ID. I am sending her invites, she clicks to join, but cant as she is already part of another family where she was the only member. Attaching screenshots.

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. In order to disband a family group, access to the organizer's Apple ID is necessary. So, it sounds like the password may need to be reset in this case so that your wife can access the account.
Start with the guidance from If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support. If there is still a trusted device that uses the Apple ID, that will be the quickest option. It may even be necessary to begin account recovery if resetting the password is not possible. Once access to the Apple ID has been regained, disband the family group using the guidance from Leave Family Sharing - Apple Support.
