Recieved airtags as a gift, why do they not find location.
Location sucks have to be within 20 ft.
AirTags are not gps equipped. They need to be within range of Apple devices to function.

i have to be within 12 ft for them to give me a location. This means everyone arround my target is using a phone other than apple. Kinda works like tile, but tile works better. Maybe more people are using tile?

Similar principles, yes. Not sure about user base. Tile has been around longer, AirTags benefit from being located by nearly any Apple device.
