Hallo there. I bought a new ipad last week, because the old one started to get slow. I now have an ipad air 5 (2022) and after 24 hours i notice that the loading of data slows down. After 48 hours i have to turn it on and off. After a hard reset, the cycle starts again from fast to slow. The Air 5 has had a completely clean install. Does it have to do with IOS 16.x Does anyone know what the problem is and how I can fix it.

Many apps require an internet connection for their content and other functionality. If the network that you're connected to is congested — for example, at an event with many people using the same network — apps might take a while to open or display their content. Your device can also seem slow as it repeatedly reconnects to new cell towers when you're in a moving vehicle.

Thanks for the comment. Unfortunately, it has nothing to do with my internet connection. The problem appears 24 to 48 hours after restarting the iPad Air5, time independent. Other devices like my iPhone, running the same apps, are working fine. My ISPN delivers (fiberglas) 1 Gbit/s down- en up. I also have the iPad Air 3 with the same problem. Cache problem in iPad iOS16.x? Searching the internet shows that there are many people with this problem. The problem with the Air3 started after installing iOS 16. Thats one of the reasons why i bought the Air 5.
