Setup stereo on my HomePod without peer to peer communication

Hello I have currently a problem with my HomePod's mini (2x) and a lot of device that are trying to communicate by using peer to peer communication can't work because of the school network that blocking peer to peer and my Mac and Apple Tv can't use airplay to stream to my HomePod's my iPhone detect them whit airplay but individually but when I go check in the app home my app is showing me that they are setup in stereo and I don't have any idea how to fix it if you have any tips to help me solve my problem I open for help

P.s (I did go to school direction to try and arguing about the necessity of having peer to peer communication for apple device's but there so close about the fact for "Security reasons"
