my another iphone is 14 promax that damaged and i want to repair or change it.

Hello, what is the situation regarding repairing or replacing iPhone 14 promax 256g black? The phone has a broken LCD and the bottom part of the chassis is bent and the back of the phone is broken. The phone receives text messages and rings. The LCD has some light streaks. The cameras are apparently healthy. Will they be repaired or replaced? In addition, I have 200 gigabytes of data on my phone and the Insta page also has a two-step password on Gmail. Thank you for your advice

what can i do???😭

Hello there, sorry to hear about your damaged iPhone.

First thing I suggest while your phone is working, is either do a backup to iCloud, or plug it into a Mac and backup to there. I will leave links on how you can backup your iPhone.

Backing iPhone up to iCloud or Mac

This means that if anything further happens to your iPhone, your data will be backed up so if you need to get a new device, you'll be able to recover the data.

If your iPhone is badly damaged, I would reach out to Apple Support and book an appointment to get it fixed.

Hope this help, all the best, Sean

Thank you very much for your kindness. I live in Iran. I have to go to Dubai for repair or replacement. My phone was severely damaged. And I can't get a backup. My iCloud was five gigs, but I have about 200 gigs of data on my phone. I don't know what to do. I don't know the rules of Apple in Dubai, how is it in this situation? Do they replace or repair?
