Apple Watch 7 is not Charging

My apple watch is stopped charging (10 months old). Still it's under warranty, went to apple store, they checked and told me we will send it to repair center and they will send new one but repair center says accidental damage and have to pay for repair 299 ( we can purchase new one with that price). But as my knowledge I didn't even wear for Gym. No chances of accidental damage. Just they are hiring crew to reject the repairs. Apple is lasting their trust. I am not going to buy Apple Watches any more in my life.

They are simple says they found accidental damage. Since beginning, battery will run out in 4 to 5 hours.

They sent paper, it says as below:

Our technicians carefully inspected the product you sent to us. They found an issue with the product that wasn't mentioned in the original repair request. Your product is not working correctly because it has accidental damage. Accidental damage includes - but isn't limited to-things like dents and craks.

But my device looks like new one.
