Automatic ECG

Today while I was sitting in a work meeting I got a notification that I had a ECG ready to review. There was an ECG from a few minutes prior and while it said sinus rhythm it looked like it was primarily flat. I definitely wasn’t touching my watch and with the Apple ECG function if you even move your finger off of the dial it stops. What’s up with this?
