How can I reset my owner password if I don't remember it? Whenever I want to edit permission while in Preview, it asks for the owner password. It is NOT the same as the login password when you start the computer. Is there a way to reset it?

If you are trying to edit a password protected PDF document, you may not. Not without its password.

Create a New PDF Document:
If you have a hardcopy of this, then scan it, saving it as a PDF document through use of the Print menu.
