Modify or create a pinned contact in the share sheet

How can I pin myself as an iMessage and Apple Mail contact in the share sheet. 

As an example, if viewing photos in Camera, I select a photo, then, chose the share button. I would like myself to show up as one of the iMessage contacts and as an Apple Mail contact. I send stuff to myself often and would like to avoid having to type my phone or email in the To: field.

Perhaps this can be done with a shortcut and not have to rely on Intelligent Suggestions? I am on iOS v16.2
