It just happened now. At first, I thought it was just because of the internet connection. But I've restarted my MacBook but the same thing happens. All videos I try to open on Netflix, Youtube, DisneyPlus, or other sites play fast-forward automatically. 😭 What should I do? I just had this mac last August 2022. I hope this is nothing serious.💔

While we aren't clear what you mean when you say all videos are playing "fast-forward", there are some steps we can try for most situations first.
A good place to start is to Shut down or restart your Mac and try again. This is a good step for intermittent issues. If it comes back after the restart, we can also try to Start up your Mac in safe mode to rule out system issues and startup items.
