5G Stand alone activation

Dear Sir and Madams,

I am trying currently to activate the option "5G Stand Alone" for private Network (Campus Network) Solution on my IPad Pro 11 3. Generation. I have been read the Documentation on Apple Website and could not get an appropriate Idea or way on how to activate this option. My question is, is there any way so that my IPad can use the 5G SA frequencies between 3.5 - 3.8 GHz (activate 5G Standalone)? If you can provide me with detailed description I would be very thankful.
