External headphones volume control

I am using AIAIAI headphones on iPhone 12 mini. It seems like the phone has internal volume control on because the volume in my headphones does not increase after 11 points on the volume bar. So the last 5 volume up clicks have no efect on actual volume whatsoever. This is not an issue on any other devices like laptops, computers and androids.

I tried setting up custom audio setup but it is not supported for anything besides airpods and beats.

Low impedance headphones are too loud, even on minimum volume. I recently purchased a set of low impedance headphones (around about 20Ω). These work great with my iPhone XS, but on my iPad Air 3 it is far too loud, even on minimum volume. I can only assume this is due to the iPad having a more powerful amp built-in, but even after activating and maxing out ‘reduce loud noises’ in Settings>Sounds, the lowest available setting is just barely tolerable, but anything lower causes the music/media to abruptly cut out. Is there any other way to reduce the volume range of my iPad with these headphones, or should I start looking for some higher impedance headphones? If so, is there a suggested Ω range I should specifically keep an eye out for?

Where in the Control Center may I adjust the volume coming from each headphone? Where in the Control Center do I adjust the volume from each headphone?

How do I turn on spatial audio for Beats Studio Buds The option to turn on spatial audio is not visible in my volume menu like Noise Cancelling/transparancey is. I know the earbuds are supported by spatial audio(per beats website) but there is no option I can find to turn it on. I am using an iPhone 13 mini with iOS 16.
