How to remove a linked device MacBook Air

I removed my MacBook Air from find my app, the MacBook is being sent for repair, however I am told that they couldn’t open the MacBook. The MacBook Air no longer is shown in my linked device. kindly advice how can I remove the device

If it's not showing up in your devices, then there's nothing more you can do. It's been removed from Find My and should be able to be restored and setup again.


Tell whoever you sent it into, it's been remove from your account.
