How can I NOT have to pay PayPal to manage or make automatic payments to Apple.com for about 1/3 more than that of what Apple.com is already charging me. Seems as though it is a rip off!

It appears that I am paying PayPal about 1/3 more to manage of make payment to my Apple.com account every month. What a rip off. How can I cut PayPal out of the loop and make these payments otherwise?
