Please I need help with my iTunes payment and billing information. I can’t make payment with my iTunes, it keeps referring me to my billing information and even when I add my credit card to it. It still won’t go through with my iTunes payment. Please I need help.

Make sure you are following these step found at If you need to change or update your Apple ID payment method - Apple Support to change you payment method:
Update your payment method on your iPhone or iPad
1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Payment & Shipping. You might be asked to sign in with your Apple ID.
4. Tap Add Payment Method, enter the new payment method, then tap Done.
5. Tap Edit.
6. Tap the red delete button next to the old payment method, then tap Delete.
If you continue to have an issue, you will need to reach out to Apple Support: Get Support
Their Account Team will be in the best position to assist you further.
