Iphone unable to play the amr message
Recently my iPhone unable to play the amr message. Don't know why?
And I don't want to update to IOS 16.2 yet.
Please advise. Thank you!

I’m afraid upgrading will not help. A Google search shows that the AMR format is no longer supported by Apple. It has not been for quite a while.
