CONVERTING AIF to MP3

I here a bell signify conversion is complete

but where in the world is the new converted MP3 file

Jay,

After conversion, Music puts the new file under Artist/Album in your Media folder, which may or may not be where the original AIFF is located.

The easiest way to find it? Put your library in Songs view, then sort by Date Added, descending. The new MP3 will be at the top.
