MacBook Pro and internet connection

My MacBook Pro says it’s connected to the internet (T-Mobile Gateway) but can’t connect to sites. My other Apple devices connect fine. I’ve talked to Apple several times with limited success but no ongoing solutions. What’s the problem and how can I fix it?

You came from a great article for If your Mac isn't connecting to the internet over Wi-Fi and if you have exhausted these steps and additionally whatever support referred to try, it would be best to follow up with Apple Support
