Hello there I have iPhone old one , I wanted to open as i used during 2017 . I am putting my Apple ID and passcode but I am unable to open it . Can you help!

Can you clarify what exactly you are prompted for and what you are entering?
The way I read your post.. when you are prompted, you enter your Apple ID and your (iPhone?) passcode.
Your passcode and Apple ID, as far as I'm aware, are never entered/paired together.
If being asked to log in with your Apple ID, you would use your Apple ID & Apple ID password, not a passcode.
