Color distortion and screen flickering on macbook pro 2019

when i start my macbook pro 2019, 5 seconds later colors fade away and the screen keeps flickering, showing everything discolored and weirdly saturated. any idea what it can be?

when I start the mac, it’s completely fine and perfect for only 5 seconds
