Thank you for your fast respond however that's not what I was asking. I know my MacBook Pro is compatible with IOS Ventura. My question was I'm currently running with IOS Sierra. Can I install Ventura from Sierra or should I update to the IOS lower than Ventura first then Ventura?

Yes, if your MacBook Pro is a 2017 model. A newer one can run Ventura but won't be on Sierra.
