Hey :) I’ve purchased the white lotus on Apple TV on my iPhone 13. It downloaded in French & can’t seem to switch it to English. The the 3 dots at the bottom don’t give me the option to change language. Need help switching it to English I’ve just paid 22$

We can provide some guidance. It's a bit different for the download languages you use in the Apple TV app. Follow these steps to choose your download language:
To choose the audio languages that are downloaded with your videos, open the Settings app, scroll down and tap TV, then tap Languages. Tap Add Language and choose the languages that you want to add.

After you've ensured you have English selected as your audio language in Settings, try closing the Apple TV app, then reopen and attempt to select the language with these steps:
1. While watching a video, tap the screen to open the playback controls.
2. Tap the More Controls button.
3. Choose Subtitles or Languages.

For dual language countries like Canada (en|fr), or select countries where dubbing is popular (Germany, France), TVs shows to buy from the iTunes Store may have different versions that each support a single language.
If you bought the wrong version accidentally, then contact the iTunes Store staff to rectify the situation.
