iPhone Hacked

I saw on here that someone’s Apple ID and their families Apple ID was hacked as mine have been. One way they can hack your Apple ID is a a bad setting so when you restore your phone after a factory reset God willing I don’t have to do that but u can restore the bad setting. My ? Is I have changed my phone number and my calls are being routed to other numbers from calling log and checking the carrier (Verizon & Att). My call logs don’t match!!! How can my phone calls go to someone else when I think I’m talking to the bank? That’s one ? The other ? Can they hack me by my IMEI? And if u haven’t been hacked and u have a low level understanding of cybercrimes plz don’t respond I have changed my password my Apple is and my phone number over sixty times probably more like a hundred times changing my passwords and have lost countless accounts, money, and time. I bought all new devices besides my 11 pro and yes Apples can be hacked. I just bought an 14pro and received two messages there is a problem w my acct. I called my bank they said they would approve it and issued me a new card. Never received the 14Pro. There isn’t a problem w my cc. Last week my. Edison phone was shut off and would only dial an answering machine that prompted me to put my cc info for Verizon to turn on my phone. I called 1800 MYAPPLE they send the verification I get it and accept it and. Then my carrier says I’m calling a private 1800 dial a fraud. I think I’m calling Apple. My ? Is after u update ur phone. 16.2 factory reset can ur phone still be hacked through the iMei? My IMEI I believe they said didn’t match my SIM card? If they can clone ur SIM card and u can’t reach customer service because ur calls are being diverted and ur ATT account and phone don’t give u an option to set a PIN for the SiM. What can you do? 2FA. Is a joke if they can clone ur sim. What can we do? It could happen to u too!
