New version of MacOS Ventura and the sleep option, which no more exist

Hello, I have a problem. In the previous version of mac software before MacOS Ventura, there was an option in System System --> Battery a setting which let me set a time in which I want to sleep or turn off my Macbook. Now it is not available but still my Macbook wants to sleep in speciffic time (the last time I set in the previous version). How can I stop it? Or how can I use the option again. I was trying to set some setting in terminal but I am simple user and it is difficult for me. I look in internet for some topic but I did not find any information.

Well, you left off the time, so that won't work. If you put in a full time argument in the format shown (HH:MM:SS), it should work.

Yep, that's not "inactivity." Most people want audio and video to keep playing. The only way to stop it is if the app has a "sleep timer" feature.

I already red everything in the apple support and for example I do not have energy saver section in my system settings...I think you do not understand me what was the idea of the option that there was in macOS Monteray....We could set a time and the macbook will automatically fall asleep. For example you set 20:15 PM and the Macbook will sleep in this minute.

Actually I want to use it again if it is possible because when I am in my bed I want my laptop to sleep after 60 min for example and not working whole night while I am sleeping.

Your profile says you have a MacBook Air. That is not a Desktop Mac, so it would not have an "Energy Saver" setting, only Battery, as noted in the paragraph above it about Notebook computers.

I think you don't understand that leroydouglas completely understands the problems since he linked to the article describing how to set up those same settings using Terminal since they can no longer be set any other way.

We could set a time and the macbook will automatically fall asleep. For example you set 20:15 PM and the Macbook will sleep in this minute.
sudo pmset repeat sleep MTWRFSU 20:15:00

Those options are in the first link he provided, second paragraph, Set your Mac to go to sleep after inactivity

Okay. Thank you. I will try tonight with

sudo pmset repeat sleep MTWRFSU

About the setting "Set your Mac to go to sleep after inactivity" the Macbook does not recognize inactivity if my YouTube is playing video and the autoplay is on. It is still on till the morning. If a video is playing or a stream, again it does not want to go to sleep....
