Tingling in arm when wearing Apple Watch

I got an Apple Watch for Christmas. I gave me small shocks when I received notifications…messages, phone calls. It did the same thing to 2 other people when they tried it on. I googled and found a few people that had this happen and they said it was a defective watch. I returned it for another one and this new one doesn’t give me the small shocks but makes my arm whole tingle when I wear it. It subsides when not receiving notifications but starts up after notifications. I have tried wearing it on both wrists, same thing. I really like the functions of the Apple Watch and would like to keep it but this seems unsafe. I get immediate relief when I take it off. I am thinking of returning this one and trying a third Watch, but will give up if I still get shocked or tingles. Has anyone else had this experience? We’re you able to solve the problem?

I am going to contact Apple tomorrow but don’t expect much help.
