How can i ask support for my iphone that i removed on my other devices

Unable to load support option I want to change the battery on my iPhone but I cannot set an appointment on apple support app. A popup message will appear like photo below. Every other problem that l choose will get the same result. In fact, a friend of mine who’s iPhone with unoriginal screen and battery and broken face id don’t face this problem. He still get the support option. Both of our Phones are out of warranty. Can someone please explain.

You can simply take your iPhone to the Apple Store or an Authorized Service Center and get the battery replaced.
