I delete my all pictures etc and I don’t know how can I recover and storage is full when I open camera then I see storage

My question is that how can I remove this storage I delete my all pictures tell me how can I manage

How do I free up space on iPad and delete photos? I have an iPad Pro 10th generation with 64GB of storage space, I have used 63.8GB of that, so I’m extremely low. deleted photos popped back i’ve deleted all my recently deleted photos,( over 4000 ) but they popped back in my gallery. my storage is full and i wanted to get rid of them but i cant! asap!
