iPad 6th generation, Roblox games issue

Hi just wondering if anyone can help? My son has the iPad 6th generation with iOS 16.2, he loves playing Roblox but lately the games keep kicking him out and sometimes don’t load. I thought it was my internet but they seem to load ok on my iPhone 11. I’ve contacted Roblox who have suggested to reinstall Roblox app and to switch off iPad, I’ve also reset it but to no avail. He can play other games on it ok, sometimes they can freeze. Is it the actual iPad? Any suggestions or help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you
