I got a MagSafe from media markt yesterday but when I enter serial number it’s saying we can’t do it right now what should I do now is it fake?

Where are you entering the serial number?
The response, "it’s saying we can’t do it right now," sound like a web page or function was down and you should try again later.
If you are really concerned about its provenance, return the charger to the seller for a refund and order from Apple.
That lookup service my not include chargers. We are end users like you, so you'll probably need to call Apple support for an official answer.
I tested with iPhone 12 today and it is a MagSafe charger section in settings->about I think it’s original the firmware is 274
No my iPhone doesn’t have problem because when I enter my iPad serial number it shows me but MagSafe doesn’t show my iPhone is 11 but I have magnetic case and also I bought it from media markt it’s iOS 16.2
Im entering in check coverage apple website it says “we’re unable to find the serial number”
Which iPhone do you have and what is its current iOS? More importantly, from whom did you buy it? I’m wondering if your iPhone is the problem.
